We are approaching the first anniversary in our new home in Holladay, and WE LOVE IT! It’s a great feeling to walk through our home and feel that the home we had envisioned became real through your craftsmanship. We appreciate your collaboration with us on what we wanted – even when our ideas may have seemed extreme! Even more impressive is that our friendship survived (even grew stronger) during the construction process. We appreciated your wise direction and advice along the way. You were always able to inform us of the extra costs if we wanted changes, and we know there were some minor costs that you did not add to the final bill. When we wanted to stand firm in some of our decisions, you were flexible and understanding, and provided what we were seeking. We appreciate your timely work on our behalf – and recognize that time is money; we still have neighbors who comment regarding how fast our home was built, especially for its size and fine details. Completing our home in 8 months from October to June (through a wet winter) was remarkable! We regularly comment to each other and with our sons about the features we like most, including the wide open spaces for entertaining, the recirculating hot water pump that provides hot water on demand, the epoxy coated floors in the garage and basement, the pebble ice maker, and high quality of materials and detailed finish work. We enjoyed our building experience with you, and valued your insights and experience. All this lead to an excellent custom home, completed for a fair price and very quickly. You brought an excellent team of subcontractors, who added to the success of your work. Our overall experience was excellent, and we hold you in very high regard as a contractor and friend.
