The following is a basic flow and sequence of construction for a residence. There are additional activities that would be represented on a detailed schedule, however, the flow chart on this sheet identifies the major activities and the general sequence in which they occur.
Please note that during the course of construction, many municipality and also many Carter “in-house” inspections occur in order to insure a quality home that is not only built correctly, but also meets the high standards we require of our tradesmen and subcontractors.
